Digital Denture Solution

Every individual's mouth is different, and each denture must be custom designed to fit perfectly and to look good. Good quality control is critical to ensure the denture fits and looks natural in the patient's mouth. No two dentures will be alike; even two sets of dentures made for the same person will not be exactly alike because they are manufactured in custom molds that must be broken in order to extract the denture. Approaching each case with our full attention and dedication, we aim to exceed your expectations.

Simple Digital Denture guide of how things are processed.

Step 1: 3D Scan

The bite, mandibular, and maxillary impressions are converted into a digital impression using our 3D scanner.

Step 2: Digital Articulation

The impressions are digitally articulated to the bite using our automatic impression recognition.

Step 3: Digital Arch detection & Setup

Teeth are then placed following the optimal teeth arch shape and information provided by the dentist.

Step 4: Digital customization

A certified modeler revises and finalizes the denture model and makes additional adjustments if requested by the dentists.

Step 5: 3D Printing

The finalized denture model is loaded into the 3D printer. The 3D printed prototype is delivered to the dentist for a try-in or directly converted to the final denture.
